The People Committee aims to help ERA members address the workforce challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the rental industry. Through the exchange of best practices and experiences, the committee focuses on attracting and retaining talent, developing future skills and leadership capabilities, strengthening employee engagement and workplace culture, and promoting careers in rental as an attractive and rewarding professional path. It also serves as a platform to discuss emerging workforce trends and support companies in building resilient, skilled and future-ready organisations.
