ERA appointed a business psychologist, Daniel Walzer, to carry out a European-wide study across nine companies, four associations and three groups of young professionals, to analyse the current situation, best practices and major trends for rental companies when trying to secure talent for the industry.
The study looked at:

- Making the rental industry more attractive on a European level
